In Sphinx 4, linenos are shown inline by default. These inline linenos are currently selectable.

In Sphinx 4, linenos are shown inline by default. These inline linenos are currently selectable. This PR fixes this by setting
user-selecttononeforspan.linenos, as in sphinx-doc/sphinx@0ce7c1f.
